Delivery is charged at $9/- per location to Singapore addresses, except P.O. Box addresses and unless otherwise stated. Delivery during peak seasons such as selected eves of, or public holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, may incur additional charges from $12-$14 and also subjected to our delivery availability. If the recipient is not available to receive the flowers, we’ll call you for further instructions to deliver at the recipient’s convenience. If we’re unable to reach you, flowers will be left at the reception or the front door. K. Flower will not be liable for any lost or damaged items from that point onward. Buyer may choose to pay an additional $20 for re-delivery at a later timing or date.
As much as we wish to provide the arrangements you see, fresh materials are seasonal. Where necessary, our florist will use the very best seasonal flowers available to create stunning products. Due to mother nature, colors may have slight differences as well. Hence, it might be necessary to substitute flowers and foliage depending on availability. This also applies to our snacks bouquets collection.

As all flowers are seasonal, we shall replace with others of the same value should the flowers/fillers/foliage is unavailable. With regards to the sizes/colours/shapes of the flowers, it may differ in terms of colours/sizes/shapes from the product photos as flowers are a nature product. Nonetheless, our florist team will still craft out beautiful bouquets for our customers at all times.
Cancellation of orders must be made 32 hours in advance before the delivery time for Singapore delivery. Failing which, a cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price is chargeable. Any refund on the orders will be processed and completed approximately 2 - 3 working weeks. Hence, it will not be reflected immediately on your up-coming bank statement.
