Delierives will arrive at any time within the time slot. Unavalible delivery time slots (fully booked or blackout dates) will not be reflected at checkout.


Delivery Charges
Delivery to Singapore addresses is charged at $15.00.
CBD / Town is charged at $18.50 per location (inclusive of $3.50 surcharge)
Remote Local Delivery is charged at $22.50 per location (inclusive of $7.50 surcharge)


Floral Stand Delivery ($25)
Floral Stands will be delivered using a larger vehicle. hence the price is slightly higher than usual.
CBD / Town will incur a surcharge fee.

Peak Season
Delivery during peak seasons such as selected eves of, or public holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, may incur additional charges and is also subjected to our delivery availability.
At K. FLOWER, we offer same day delivery Monday to Friday for orders placed before 11am.

If you require a delivery on the same day later than this time, please call our friendly staff on +65 9388-2189 to see if we can accommodate to your request.
As a general courtesy, we ask that all orders be placed 24 to 48 hours before your desired delivery date.
Let us know how we can assist you with your request if urgent matter arises.
However, we do not hold responsible for not accepting or fulfilling the amended requirements as this might affect other customers' deliveries.
Nonetheless, we will try our best to assist.
If the recipient is not available to receive the flowers, we’ll call you for further instructions to deliver at the recipient’s convenience.
If we’re unable to reach you, flowers will be left at the reception, front door or shoe rack.
K. Flower will not be liable for any lost or damaged items from that point onward.
Sender may choose to pay an additional $18 for re-delivery at a later timing or date.
As much as we wish to provide the arrangements you see, fresh materials are seasonal.
Where necessary, our florist will use the very best seasonal flowers available to create stunning products.
Due to mother nature, colors may have slight differences as well.
Hence, it might be necessary to substitute flowers and foliage depending on availability. This also applies to our snacks bouquets collection.
We are able to take orders from overseas but only to deliver within Singapore. However, K. Flower does have connections overseas. Do let us know which country you wish to deliver to and we will assist within our means.

Cancellation of orders made online
Please inform us 3 working days prior to your delivery date for Singapore delivery.

Failing which, a cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price is chargeable.
Any refund on the orders will be processed and completed approximately 2 - 3 working weeks.
Hence, it will not be reflected immediately on your up-coming bank statement.
