11am - 6pm, office and school addresses 

Saturday 
11am - 6pm 

Delierives will arrive at any time within the time slot. Unavalible delivery time slots (fully booked or blackout dates) will not be reflected at checkout.

Delivery to Singapore addresses is charged at $18.00 (*)
CBD / Town is charged at $22.50 per location (**) 
Remote Local Delivery is charged at $35.80 per location  (***)

Floral Stand Delivery ($25) 
Floral Stands will be delivered using a larger vehicle. hence the price is slightly higher than usual. 
CBD / Town will incur a surcharge fee of +$10

Specific Time Delivery / Beyond working hours delivery (after 6pm) +$15

Peak Season 
Delivery during peak seasons such as selected eves of, or public holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, may incur additional charges and is also subjected to our delivery availability.

Store Pickup / Self Arrange Courier

What if my receiver is not able to receive flowers
Should this happen, we will contact yourself and the receiver with the provided contact number for further instructions.
1) If we are unable to reach you and the recipient within 10 minutes, the flowers will be left at the reception or at the door.
2) Should no contact numbers be provided, flowers will be left at the reception/ at the door or it will be sent back to us. 

We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items from then.
An additional surcharge of re-delivery fee will be imposed.
